Shipping Policy (Domestic Orders)

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days

  • Customized and pre-orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays

2. Shipping & Delivery TimeOnce dispatched, domestic orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days.

So total time is APPROX 8-12 Working Days.
(This time may extend for NE states of India, Jammu Kashmir, Lakshwadeep, Andaman Nicobar & other hilly or special regions)

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the courier partner and destination

 

3. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Strikes
  • Natural calamities
  • Regional restrictions or operational issue

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

4. High Order Volume

During peak seasons, sales, or festive periods, shipments may experience delays.

Please allow additional transit days for delivery

5. Significant Delays

 

In case of any major or unusual delay, we will proactively notify you via email or WhatsApp.

 

6. Order Cancellation

 

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled


 

7. Return Due to Delivery Issues (Customer Responsibility)

If a parcel is dispatched and returns to us due to any of the following reasons:


  • Customer not answering calls from the courier
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect pincode

 

8. Reshipping the Parcel

  • If the customer wishes to have the parcel reshipped:
    1. Initial dispatch
    2. Return to origin
    3. Reshipping to the customer
    • Shipping charges for all three transits must be paid in advance:


  • Reshipping will be processed only after the returned parcel is received by us
